Crushed Whelk Shell Mulch, Shell On Earth

Crushed whelk shells, a natural and sustainable alternative to bark or gravel mulch. Spread them over borders and rockeries, use them to improve drainage, or lay a thick ring around plants as a barrier that slugs and snails are reluctant to cross. The pale, textured shells catch the light and bring a coastal feel to beds and pots. Choose standard Crush in 1kg, 3kg or 11kg bags, or the finer Super Crush, ideal for top dressing containers and miniature plants. The bag can be recycled or reused.
